Proof of official address for non-salaried individuals. v) Latest salary-slip showing all deductions and TDS certificate-Form 16 in case of salaried persons. vi) I.T. Returns/Form 16 for the last 2 years for salaried employees and 2 years in respect of professional/self-employed/businessmen duly accepted by the ITO to be submitted. CREDIT LINKED SUBSIDY SCHEME- AXIS BANK

Credit linked subsidy scheme under the Pradhan Mantri Awaas Yojana (Urban) provides interest subsidy on housing loans to eligible beneficiaries belonging to the EWS/LIG & MIG segment. Home Loan Interest rates up to 30 lacs in SBI

The Home Loan interest rates slightly increased after Sept 2018 compared to previous months. Earlier SBI was giving home loan at the rate of 8.35-8.65% Per anum interest rate. Now the term loan upto 30 lacs for women LTV ≤ 80 1 Year MCLR + 20 bps, interest rate is 8.70. and for LTV > 80 and ≤ 90 1 Year MCLR + 30 bps, interest rate is 8.80. For others term loan upto 30 lacs LTV ≤ 80 1 Year MCLR + 25 bps, interest rate is 8.75. and For LTV > 80 and ≤ 90 1 Year MCLR + 35 bps, interest rate is 8.85.
