KCC/CROP LOANS – Applicable rate of Interest up to one year from the date of disbursement or due date or date of payment / renewal, whichever is earlier.
Up to Rs.3.00 lakh 7%
Above Rs.3,00 lakh 14.25%
However overdue Interest and Penal Interest put together should not exceed 2% p.a. at any point of time. Penal Interest on over drawl allowed in CC/SOD shall be 2% over and above the normal rate of interest applicable to the concerned category on the exceeded amount. Limits of Priority Sector Advances (except Housing Loan, Education Loan and Advances to SHG and JLG) will be separately clubbed for deciding the rate of Interest.
