Every NRI may not be affordable to buy a new car or else they want to buy a pre owned car for his spouse or childrens for learning purpose. If you are a NRI, you can avail of Pre-owned Car Loans from HDFC Bank.
The additional documents that you will need to submit being a NRI are as follows:
Contract copy and salary slip of NRI.
Endorsement on passport for last 3 years.
Proof of ownership of property.

Post-dated cheques must be from the resident account of the borrower.

*** No foreclosure allowed within 6 months from date of availing the pre owned car loan
***Processing fees for pre owned car loan for NRI is * 2% of loan amount + Rs. 200 or Rs. 5200/-, whichever is lower. (Non - refundable)
