UNITED HOUSING LOAN SCHEME

For purchase /construction / extension/ repairs / renovations/ furnishing of residential house / flat including the purchase of land and construction thereon you can apply for United housing loan scheme. Supplementary finance to complete the project financed by your employer and also Takeover of the Housing Loan from other Banks/Housing Finance Companies felicity available.For purchase/construction of 2nd house/flat OR For purchase/construction of 3rd house/flat you can avail housing loan from united bank of India. The individuals above 21 years, having regular income can avail loan form bank.  Salaried person should be in regular & permanent service and Established and experienced Professional & Self Employed & Business persons should be at least 02 years in Trade or Profession. 20% of loan amount extra for furnishing in all the above cases allowed.
For Repairs Rupees 10,00,000 (maximum) subject to submission of estimate from Chartered Engineer /Architect (the rate should corroborate the PWD rates), subject to satisfactory repayment history and available vacancy). and for extension Rupees 15,00,000 (maximum) subject to submission of sanctioned
plan by the Municipality / Corporation etc.& Certificate of construction cost by Chartered Engineer/Architect.

There is no prepayment charges to any of the above mentioned individuals. The margin of Loan up to Rs.20 Lac - 10% of the Project Cost, For Loan above Rs. 20 Lac - 20% of the Project Cost.

1.United Housing Loan Scheme (irrespective of amount and repayment period)
a. United Housing Loan Scheme (Floating rate) BR+0.10% i.e. 9.75%
b. United Housing Loan Scheme (Fixed rate) 9.75% up to 3 years(fixed) BR+0.10% after 3 years (floating)
United Housing Loan Scheme for Pensioners (Floating rate) Maximum period – 10 years. Interest rate : same as United Housing Loan Scheme
