The Home Loan interest rates slightly increased after Sept 2018 compared to previous months. Earlier SBI
was giving home loan at the rate of 8.35-8.65% Per anum interest rate. Now the term loan upto 30 lacs for women LTV ≤ 80 1 Year MCLR + 20 bps, interest rate is 8.70. and for LTV > 80 and ≤ 90 1 Year MCLR + 30 bps, interest rate is 8.80. For others term loan upto 30 lacs LTV ≤ 80 1 Year MCLR + 25 bps, interest rate is 8.75. and For LTV > 80 and ≤ 90 1 Year MCLR + 35 bps, interest rate is 8.85.
